First Timers Welcome to the 360 Jiu Jitsu Family!
New to Jiu-Jitsu? Here’s what you need to know to fit right in and get ready to take your first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class.
WHAT TO BRING
Just bring the essentials start simple, and if you find out you love BJJ,
you’ll build a bag over time.

Wear workout clothes
For your trial class, all you need is form fitting clothing, something you'd work out in. Athletic shorts or pants and a Dri-fit type shirt or t-shirt will do the trick.

Pack a water bottle
And anything else you need to be comfortable—like a sweat towel and deodorant.
What’s Class Like?
Classes last 65 minutes for adults & 45 minutes for kids to push the mind and body.
During class, everything else goes out the window. You forget about work and school. You stop looking at the clock. It’s just you, your coach, and your training partners.
